Debate. Demur. Deliver.

From the Principal's Desk

Principal

Mr. Julian Luke

Principal - The Bishop's Co-Ed School, Undri

It gives me immense pride and profound satisfaction to reflect upon the successful culmination of the inaugural edition of The Bishop’s Co-Ed School, Undri Model United Nations 2025, held on 11th and 12th October 2025. The two days stood as a remarkable testament to youthful intellect, global awareness and the spirit of constructive dialogue. With eloquence, confidence, and maturity beyond their years, our student delegates stepped into the shoes of global diplomats, engaging in debates that echoed the very essence of international cooperation, critical thinking, and responsible leadership.

The inaugural MUN was not merely an academic simulation; it was a vibrant confluence of ideas, perspectives and values. The delegates displayed exceptional research skills, diplomatic decorum and an admirable ability to listen, negotiate and collaborate—qualities indispensable in today’s interconnected world. The committee sessions resonated with thoughtful deliberations, spirited discourse and a genuine commitment to problem-solving.

I extend my heartfelt appreciation to the Organising Committee, whose meticulous planning and unwavering dedication ensured the seamless execution of this prestigious event. My sincere gratitude also goes to the Secretariat, Executive Board Members and Faculty Advisor whose guidance and mentorship provided the foundation for an enriching and intellectually stimulating experience. I commend every participant for embracing the ethos of the United Nations—upholding diplomacy over discord and dialogue over division. Your participation has not only broadened your global outlook but has also strengthened your character as future leaders and changemakers.

I am confident that this platform will grow in stature and significance in the years to come, inspiring successive generations to think critically, speak responsibly and act compassionately on the global stage.

May the memories forged, lessons learned and friendships built during these two days continue to guide you in your academic and personal journeys.
